2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits on instructions that the respondents have no objection in case the petitioner visits his own property bearing distinct Survey No.308/9 of Village Socorro once in a week till the filing of the charge sheet which is expected to be filed in the next two weeks. In view thereof, the condition contained in the impugned order at para 13 stands accordingly modified permitting the petitioner to visit his stated property once a week till the filing of the charge sheet.
