In view thereof, the said order is quashed and set aside and the matter remanded to the learned Additional Collector - 1, North, Panaji for deciding the matter afresh within a period of two months. The parties are directed to appear before the Additional Collector - 1, North, Panaji on 29/04/2019 at 10.00 hours. The petitioners to notify the other objectors about the
