2. Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, we are of the view that since the petitioner is accepting the order dated 22/05/2014 of the Dean, Goa Medical College and Hospital, Bambolim, Goa, granting the petitioner MACP Pay band and Grade Pay with effect from 01/09/2008 as per the order dated 22/05/2014, Annexure A to the petition and as per the Memorandum dated 16/07/2014, by which the Director (Administration), Goa Medical College and Hospital, Bambolim, has already refused to consider the request to grant MACP with effect from 21/03/2008, the respondents shall make payment of all the arrears as per the said order dated
WP/641/2015 22/05/2014 to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. In case of default, the respondents shall pay the petitioner, interest at the rate of 12 % p.a. from 01/10/2015.
