By this application, the petitioner - Union desires to amend the Writ Petition to place on record subsequent development. The petitioner - Union, also desires to challenge the decision passed in favour of a party proposed to be added as a respondent in the present Writ Petition by way of amendment. 3rd September 2021

The learned Additional Government Advocate has no serious objection to the present application. 3.

Since, by way of amendment the applicant/petitioner seeks to place on record subsequent development, relevant to the controversy in the present petition, the application deserves to be allowed.

The application is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.

Issue notice to the newly added respondent no.4, returnable on 01.10.2021.
