Shri Ryan Menezes, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed an application dated 18.03.2016 signed by all the petitioners seeking unconditional withdrawal of the above petition.
2. Shri S. G. Desai, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents no. 5 and 6 points out that he does not accept the reason stated in such application. However, considering that the petitioners are seeking unconditional withdrawal of the petition and as the petition has not been admitted, we permit the petitioners to withdraw the above petition, keeping all the contentions raised therein open. The petition stands accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

3. At this stage, Shri Ryan Menezes, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that a sum of Rs.50,000/- has been deposited at the time to issuing notice to the respondents. Considering that the petition stands disposed as withdrawn, we find it appropriate to direct the Registry to refund a sum of Rs.40,000/- to the petitioners and the balance sum of Rs.10,000/- be deposited with the State Legal Services Authority.
4. Petition is disposed of, accordingly.
