Mr. K. Sabnis, learned counsel for the Petitioners points out that after this petition was instituted, the Petitioners have secured necessary relief from the Authorities. He therefore, places on record the communication dated 1st March 2021 addressed by Vinod Palyekar, Petitioner No.3 and the constituted attorney and partner of Petitioner Nos 1 and 2 instructing him to withdraw this writ petition unconditionally. He requests that this communication be taken on record and leave be granted to withdraw this petition unconditionally. 2.
