This matter concerns execution of a money decree. The judgment debtor has already been facing a warrant of arrest, as a part of the execution proceedings. To question that warrant of arrest, the judgment debtor has filed this writ petition.

2. Now, the learned counsel for both the parties inform the Court that the matter has been settled. So they reckon that nothing further survives in the matter. According to them, this Court may quash the warrant of arrest and record the respondent's undertaking that he will be withdrawing the execution petition, too.

3. I, accordingly, quash the warrant of arrest issued by the Executing Court and record the decree holder's undertaking that he would be
