3. Heard Mr. S. Kantak, learned Senior Counsel along with Mr. Preetam Talaulikar and Ms. Neha Kholkar for the Petitioner and Mr. Samant, learned Additional Government Advocate for Respondent nos. 1 and 3.

4. The limited ground on which the petition is filed is the refusal of Respondent No.1 to consider review of its own order on the basis of 6th May, 2024

WP 410 of 2024 certain documents which the Petitioner came in possession subsequently.

5. Since the Petitioner is having alternate efficacious remedy in filing an appeal before the National Green Tribunal(NGT), Pune, the Petitioner is granted liberty to approach the concerned authority by agitating even such grounds which are raised in the present petition.

6. Accordingly, the Petition stands disposed of by keeping all the contentions of all the parties open for the purpose of challenging the impugned orders of Respondent No. 1 before the NGT.
