2. Pursuant to the filing of the petition, Section 16B of the Goa Town and Country Planning Act, 1974 has been omitted vide Notification dated 22.02.2024. In this view of the matter, the present PIL proceedings can be disposed of by directing respondent no.4 to consider and dispose of the complaint dated 06.04.2023 filed by the petitioner and to take it to its logical end expeditiously as is the relief sought by the petitioner in terms of prayer clause (c) in the petition. 26th November, 2024

3. The rights and contentions of respondent no.6 as also the objection to the maintainability of the complaint is kept open. We have not examined any of the contentions raised in the petition on merits. All contentions are kept open.
