The petitioner applies for expeditious disposal of a criminal case pending before the NDPS Court. For the reasons stated in the Criminal Writ Petition, the same is allowed by directing the Additional Sessions Judge-3, Panaji, Goa to dispose of the subject case, now numbered as NDPS case No.21 of 2017, pending before him, within a period of 6 months from today.
