This is an application for extension of time to furnish the bank guarantee and return of the original bank guarantee dated 26.3.1998 pursuant to the letter of the bank dated 6.4.2018. Ms.Kamat, learned Additional Government Advocate has no objection in respect of time to furnish the bank guarantee and return of the old bank guarantee, provided however that the new bank guarantee takes within its sweep the accrued interest till date. In view thereof, leave is granted to furnish new bank guarantee. The applicant to furnish a copy of the new bank guarantee to the respondent.

2. In view thereof, time is enlarged for three weeks to furnish new bank guarantee with effect from today.

3. On the above terms and conditions, the Registry is directed to return the old bank guarantee.
