REGISTRAR'S ORDER This application is filed to bring LR's of Appellant no.2 in Second Appeal No. 21/2014. On perusal of the record, it reveals that the Second Appeal was placed before the Hon'ble Court on 26th August, 2014, wherein the Ld. Advocate for the appellant sought leave to substitute the documents as some documents are wrongly placed on record. As the documents were not substituted, the matter was again placed on board on 16.09.2014 and the Hon'ble Court again granted time.

On 20.02.2015, the Hon'ble Court directed that the Chronology filed is not as per rules. So office to examine the position and to place the matter on board after the objections are removed. As the appellants did not take steps, the matter was

again placed before the Hon'ble Court on 27.04.2017 and the Hon'ble Court was pleased to extend the time by two weeks. On 13.06.2017, the Hon'ble Court granted three weeks time as last chance, to take steps, failing which, the appeal should stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. From the farad sheet, it reveals that the appellants had not taken steps within three weeks, so the appeal stood dismissed, in view of order dated 13.06.2017.

As the appeal is already disposed off, this application does not survives, hence it is disposed off.
