Learned Advocate for the respondent no.1 submits that the entire amount has been paid by the applicant as awarded by the learned JMFC and that nothing survives in the application.

In view thereof the application is disposed off with a direction to the applicant to deposit ₹20,000/- in the Registry of this Court. The impugned judgment and sentence dated 13/06/2017 passed by the learned JMFC in Criminal Case No.224/OA/NI/2014/C is accordingly quashed and set aside.
