Learned Counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 states that representation made by the petitioner on 21.1.2019 which is annexed at Exh. G-Colly to the petition would be decided within eight weeks from today after hearing the petitioner as well as respondent no.4. Respondent no.2 shall fix a date of hearing and shall convey the date of hearing to both the parties well in advance. Parties shall not seek unnecessary adjournment before the Authority. A copy of the order shall be communicated to both the parties by respondent no.2.

2. It is made clear that we have not expressed any views on the merits of the matter. All the contentions of both the parties are

WP/383/2019 kept open. It is made clear that if Authority finds any substance in the representation made by the petitioner and that respondent no.4 has fraudulently obtained electricity connection, Authority shall take appropriate action against the respondent no.4 expeditiously.

3. Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
