2. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the amount of compensation awarded by the learned J.M.F.C. has been paid to the respondent No.1 and which has been acknowledged by the respondent No.1. He therefore prays for the suspension of the sentence passed by the learned J.M.F.C. pending the hearing of the petition.
3. Considering that the entire compensation as awarded by the learned J.M.F.C. has been deposited under acknowledgment of the respondent No.1 and in the interest of justice the sentence
CRMA/145/2018 passed by the learned J.M.F.C. is stayed ex-parte.
