Since this petition is yet to be admitted, we grant leave to the petitioner to amend the petition as well as to add parties. The miscellaneous applications are accordingly allowed and disposed of. 3.

At the request of the petitioner, we grant three weeks time to carry out the amendment and for addition of parties. 4.

Once the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added parties returnable on 01.12.2020.

The petitioner, to serve copy of the amended petition to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents and also the newly added parties and thereafter, we grant the respondents and the newly added parties time upto 01.12.2020 to file response to the issues raised in this petition.
