2. This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 153 days in instituting the First Appeal against a money decree.

3. From the perusal of the Civil Application, a case for sufficient cause is made out. The application explains the movement of files and the time required for obtaining legal opinion. The record indicates that the applicants were unsure of the course to be adopted and then some 27th July, 2023

MCA 128 of 2023 time was spent in obtaining government approvals, drafting the appeal, etc. Since the delay is sufficiently explained, the same is condoned.
