Shri Lobo, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioner no.1, who is present before the Court, seeks leave to withdraw the petition as the petitioners intend to approach the National Green Tribunal in an appeal against the impugned order dated 28/03/2016. He submits that ad interim relief, already operating, may be extended for a period of three weeks.

3. On hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, the petition

4. Ad interim relief, already operating in this petition, shall continue for a period of three weeks from today.
