2. By an order dated 16/2/2024, we had directed the Secretary of Tourism to decide the appeal filed by the original Petitioner on or before 30th April 2024.

3. By the present application, the Secretary of Tourism is requesting time to dispose of such appeal upto 30th June 2024, on the 26th April, 2024

MCA 231 of 2024 ground that he has been posted as the Election Observer for Bihar State by the Election Commission of India for the ensuing Lok Sabha Elections.

4. For the reasons disclosed in the Application and the documents attached along with it, we extend the period for disposal of such appeal, as prayed for in the Application.

5. The Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of in the above terms.
