The petition seeks quashing of a Show Cause Notice cum Stop Work Order dated 20/02/2018 issued to the petitioner by respondent No.1-Authority. Learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.1 states that this Show Cause Notice shall be decided by the Authority as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of four weeks from today. The petition is accordingly disposed of by directing respondent No.1 to comply with this statement.

Learned Counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the other Show Cause Notice issued to respondent No.2 has already been decided and a copy of the decision shall be forwarded to the petitioner.
