Ms Christabel Afonso states that there is delay on the part of the insurance company in depositing the awarded amount. She states that necessary cheque has already been dispatched and the amount will be positively deposited by 08.05.2024 without seeking any further extensions.

Accordingly, the above statement is accepted. Time for deposit is extended upto 08.05.2024.
