Heard Shri T. George John, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Shri P. A. Kamat, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent no.1.

2. The only grievance of the Petitioner at this stage is that though an application was filed by the Petitioner before the Respondent no. 1 in view of the remand Order passed by the Director of Panchayat, such application has not yet been disposed of.

3. Shri Kamat, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent no.1, upon instructions, states that the decision on such application dated 10.03.2016 filed by the Petitioner would be taken as expeditiously as possible in any event within six weeks from today.
