Ms. Ponnan, the learned Counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the appeal, in view of the fact that the seat of the arbitration was at Singapore. The learned Counsel for the appellant reserves right to take all the objections to the enforcement of the award, as set out in Section 48 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
2. In that view of the matter, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs. Needless to mention that, the appellant would be entitled to take all such objections to the enforcement of the award, as are available and permissible in
AUA/6/2016 law.
