After hearing the matter for sometime, Shri V. Palekar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the above petition, with liberty to file a fresh application for registration in terms of the Private Security Agencies (Regulations) Act, 2005.

2. Learned Advocate General appearing for the respondents states that in case any such application is filed complete in all respects, the concerned Authority shall decide such an application within 10 days from the date of receipt of such an application.
