In view of the order made in W.P no.424/2017 and W.P. no.425/2017, leave is granted to apply for review of the impugned order. In this petition, the challenge is to the order by which leave has been declined to amend the written statement. However, the issue is substantially similar to the issue raised in W.P. nos. 424/2017 and W.P. no.425/2017.

2. This petition is disposed off with leave as aforesaid. The learned trial judge is requested to take up the review petition at the earliest.
