This is an application for condonation of delay in filing restoration application which was filed on 09.04.2019 in view of the order passed by this Court on 02.02.2019 dismissing the revision application and directing the learned Magistrate to take action for executing the order of conviction and sentence.

2. A perusal of the application seeking condonation of delay in filing restoration application, reveals nothing indicating any convincing or satisfactory reason, as to why a delay of 35 days occasioned, in filing this application. The application is devoid of merits and hence stands rejected.
