This is a transfer application, whereby, the petitioner-wife has prayed that the proceedings of Matrimonial Petition No. 101565 of 2020, which are pending before the Family Court at Mumbai-Bandra be transferred to the District Court, North Goa, Panaji.

Learned Counsel for the respondent states that the respondent would not have any objection for transfer of the said proceedings as prayed.

In view of the averments made in the proceedings and considering the interest of justice, as also consented by respondent, it would be appropriate to transfer such proceedings to the District Court, North Goa, Panaji.

Records of the proceedings be forwarded by the Registry of the Family Court at Bandra positively on or before 30th September 2022.
