By this application, the applicant seeks direction of this Court to transfer the decreetal amount along with interest to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, 'A' Court, Quepem in Execution Application No.12/2009.

It is submitted that the Second Appeal No.59/2009 has been withdrawn by the appellant on 09/01/2019 on the ground that the appellant had already vacated the suit premises and nothing survived in the said appeal. This Court vide an order dated 09/01/2019 dismissed the appeal as withdrawn.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, Registry is directed to transfer the entire amount deposited by the respondent herein to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, 'A' Court, Quepem.
