Petition was filed on the premise that the Respondents/Authority are proceeding to carry out work without there being any acquisition of the property. On the last date, State had placed on record Notification dated 8 May 2018 under National Highway Act. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition as he states that Petitioner intends to challenge the said notification.
