After hearing learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondents for some time, Mr Padgaonkar, on instructions from the Petitioner, prays for withdrawal of this petition. Accordingly, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition.

2. Mr Padgaonkar for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner may file proceedings before the Tribunal, if advised. If such proceedings are filed on a separate cause of action, the Tribunal shall take up such proceedings on its own merit and without being influenced by the earlier order and also after hearing the Respondents.
