This is an application for anticipatory bail filed by the applicant as he is apprehending arrest in connection with the investigation of crime no.43/2014 registered with the Porvorim Police Station for the offences punishable under sections 406, 408 , 468, 471 and 420 r/w section 34 of I.P.C. and Sections 201, 477, 477-A, 120 of I.P.C and Section 7, 13 (1)(a) and (d) of Prevention of Corruption Act.
2. By order dated 7/5/2015, this Court had granted ad interim protection to the applicant.
3. It is submitted by Shri Amonkar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that since then the applicant has co-operated with the investigating agency and as at present the custody of the applicant is
CRMAB/114/2015 not required by the investigating agency, he submitted that appropriate order may be passed.
4. On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the record and in view of the submissions made on behalf of the State, the criminal application is disposed of in terms of the order dated 7/5/2015. Order accordingly.
