2. The record shows that earlier Advocate V.P.Thaly was appearing, who has been discharged. Subsequently Advocate Bhobe who was appearing for the appellant has also been discharged. The appellant has not made any alternate arrangement.

3. On 7/8/2018 after noticing the absence on behalf of the appellant, this Court had stipulated that the matter would be dismissed in case there is no appearance on behalf of the appellants. Today again none appears for the appellant. In that view of the matter, the appeal is dismissed in default with no

AO/35/2012 order as to costs.
