On 1.10.2019, this Court condoned the delay subject to the applicant's paying the cost of Rs.5,000/- to the second respondent, in three weeks. Though the petitioner complied with the condition, it was with a slight delay.

2. The second respondent's counsel has acknowledged that the applicant has paid the costs.

3. Under these circumstances the Court treats the applicant's paying the costs as proper, notwithstanding the slight delay. In other words, the time earlier granted stood extended until the day the applicant paid the costs. The Registry will number the petition and list it in the usual course. Application stands disposed of.
