After hearing Mr. Sardessai for the Petitioner for some time, he now submits that the learned Trial Court has now fixed the matter in June 2024 for taking steps to file the written statement. Accordingly, on instructions, he submits that the Petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to approach the Trial Court for taking necessary steps for filing the written statement.
