Heard Shri D.J. Pangam, learned Advocate for the applicants and Shri D. Lawande, learned Advocate General for the respondents no.1 and 2.

2. Upon hearing Shri D.J. Pangam, learned Advocate for the applicants and Shri D. Lawande, learned Advocate General for the respondents no.1 and 2 we find that there was an interim order passed by this Court dated 26/10/2016 whereby status quo was directed to be maintained with regard to the subject employment of the applicants. The said order was thereafter extended on the basis of the statement of the learned Additional

CA/79/2017 Government Advocate.

3. The apprehension of the applicants is that the said arrangement may be terminated on/or before 30th April,2017. It is not in dispute that the services of the applicants are continued beyond 30th April,2017 and are still in service. Hence, the status quo prevailing today to continue until further orders.
