Heard Shri Ganesh Naik, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and Shri A.D. Bhobe, the learned Counsel appearing for respondents no.1,2,3 & 5, for sometime.

2. Shri Ganesh Naik, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that as the petitioners have moved the competent authority for regularisation of the disputed structure, the petitioners do not want to pursue this Writ Petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same.

3. In such circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. It is needless to mention that the competent authority shall decide the application for regularisation, if any, on its own merits and in accordance with law. In the circumstances, there shall
