This is an application for withdrawal of money moved at the instance of the applicant.

2. Shri Ramani, learned Advocate for the applicant, on instructions, submits that he is ready to furnish a Bank Guarantee for the amount sought to be withdrawn to which Shri A.D. Bhobe, learned Advocate for the respondent has no objection.

3. In view thereof, the applicant is allowed to withdraw a sum of Rs.2.5 crores from the amount deposited by the respondent subject to furnishing a Bank Guarantee in the said amount to the Registry within two weeks from today.
