By an order dated 06.10.2017, passed in Appeal Under Arbitration No. 10/2017, the applicant was required to deposit the remaining principal amount of the award, within twelve weeks and to submit an undertaking that the applicant would make payment of the accrued interest, within twelve weeks, if the appeal fails.

2. Accordingly, the applicant has deposited the amount, out of which, the respondent has withdrawn Rs.2.5 crores, on furnishing a Bank Guarantee.
