The petitioners have sought various reliefs for taking action against respondent nos.6 and 7. It is not possible for us at the first instance to adjudicate the merits of the petitioners' complaint and take decision thereupon. The petitioners have sought that respondent nos.2, 3, 4 and 5 should act on the basis of their complaint.

2. The learned Advocate General states that the Petition will be considered as a representation and the concerned authorities will look into the grievances made by the petitioners and take steps as per law.

3. We accordingly dispose of this Writ Petition in view of the statement made. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the complaint made by the petitioners since it will be adjudicated as per law by the concerned authorities.

4. As regards the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners for specifying time schedule for disposal of the complaint, we expect that the complaint will be disposed of within the period as it is generally required for disposal of such complaints.
