Mr. Bhobe, learned counsel for the Applicants submits that in terms of the order dated 22/05/2019, the Applicants have deposited an amount of Rs.60 lakhs in this Court. 3.

Accordingly, the interim relief granted on 22/05/2019 is confirmed and shall operate during the pendency of First Appeal No.63 of 2019.

At the request of the learned counsel for the parties, registry of this Court is directed to invest the amount of Rs.60 lakhs in a Nationalized bank in a suitable financial instrument initially for a period of two years. Registry to ensure that the investment is renewed from time to time until the disposal of the appeal.
