This is an application for appointment of respondent no. 1-Suhanand Sawant as the guardian ad litem of the respondent nos. 2 to 5.

2. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that since after the filing of the application, the respondent no. 1 has expired. He therefore submits that the applicant shall file a fresh application after ascertaining as to who can be appointed as a guardian of respondent nos. 2 to 5.
