By an order dated 4/5/2017 passed in Criminal Revision Application no.23/2017 interim stay has already been granted subject to the condition that the applicant pays Rs.5000/- per month to the wife and Rs.2000/- per month to the children towards arrears. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the amount of Rs.7000/- is being deposited in compliance with the said order. In that view of the matter, the Crma no.124/2017 is disposed off.
