One of the main prayers in this petition was for a

2 WP/387/2019 dtd. 23.09.2019 direction to the Respondent no. 1 to consider Petitioner's application for regularization dated 30.11.2018.

Mr. Salkar places on record the decision of the GCZMA taken in its meeting held on 24.08.2019.

In view of the aforesaid, the main relief applied for by the Petitioner in the present petition stands redressed. 5.

Mr. Costa Frias, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the decision of the GCZMA requires the Petitioner to make some compliances, i.e. submit revised plans. He states that the Petitioner has already submitted the revised plans. 6.

Mr. Salkar, learned Government Advocate states that the decision on the revised plans submitted by the Petitioner will be taken as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of two months from today.

Accordingly, we dispose of this petition.
