2. The applicant was on bail for almost 13 years in the course of the trial. There is no allegation that the applicant had breached terms and conditions subject to which she was enlarged on bail.

3. The applicant is presently 53 years of age. Accordingly, she can be enlarged on bail subject to the similar conditions upon which she was enlarged on bail in the course of trial. However, bail bond shall be in an amount of Rs.25,000/-.

4. Accordingly, execution of sentence is suspended. The applicant shall be enlarged on bail subject to furnish of bail bond

CRMA/126/2017 in an amount of Rs.25,000/- and one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar(Judicial) of this Court. All other terms and conditions, as were applicable at the stage where the applicant was enlarged on bail at the course of trial and are reiterated and shall apply to the enlargement on bail of the applicant pending the appeal.

5. Application stands disposed of.
