This is an application, inter alia, pointing out that in the Order dated 7th August, 2015, it was clearly mentioned that in case of any default of any of the instalments or any part thereof, the winding up petition would stand admitted. The applicant/petitioner has stated on oath that the respondent-Company has defaulted in payment of the instalments referred to therein.
