Appellant and Respondents who are present stated that the dispute amongst them has already been settled by virtue of order dated 14-10-2014 of the Department of Education passed pursuant to order dated 19-06-2014 in Writ Petition No. 635/2007 and therefore nothing survives in this appeal.
