Mr. Lotlikar, the learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner states that some time be granted to the Petitioner to

Amrut 2 WP482-18dt 25-04-2018 approach the National Green Tribunal to challenge the order passed by the Goa State Pollution Control Board. The learned Senior Advocate submits that during this period the Petitioner will not carry out any activity in the premises. On this undertaking given by the Petitioner, which we accept, the action of sealing by the RespondentsAuthorities be deferred by a period of four weeks from today to enable the Petitioner to approach the Tribunal.

All contentions on merits are kept open.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
