Mr. Suraj Naik, Advocate for the appellant present with the officer of United India Insurance Company. They agreed for final settlement of Rs.1,65,000/-. They have no objection in case the said amount of Rs.1,65,000/- deposited by them before the Hon'ble High Court, is withdrawn with accrued interest by the respondent. 50% of the accrued interest shall be paid to the insurer (United India Insurance Company) and 50% be paid to the claimant (respondent).
