Heard Mr. C. A. Ferreira, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. M. Amonkar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

All these three criminal applications involve a common prayer for grant of anticipatory bail. The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with investigation of crime no. 2/15 of Quepem Police Station under sections 354, 323, 324, 327, 427 r/w 34 of I.P.C. 3.
By an order dated 6/5/2014 this Court had granted ad -interim protection to the applicant. It is submitted by Shri Amonkar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the Investigating Officer that the investigating agency does not need the custody of the applicants. In such circumstances, it is submitted that appropriate order be passed.

On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of the offences alleged and in view of the fact that the investigating agency is not insisting for the custody of the
4 Crmab 115,116,117 2015 applicants, criminal applications are disposed of in the following terms:
(a) In the event of arrest, the applicants shall be released on bail on each of the applicants furnishing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with one surety in the like amount.
(b) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and witnesses and shall co operate with the investigating agency as and when required.

The criminal applications are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
