1. Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Addl. Govt. Advocate for the Respondents.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Respondents are wholly unjustified in recovering the amount of the Petitioners, who are Class IV employees. The learned Addl. Govt. Advocate, however, submits that pursuant to the orders of this Court, the Competent Authority is hearing the issue raised in this Petition. It is clarified by the learned Addl. Govt. Advocate that the issue raised in this matter, is also the subject-matter of hearing before the Competent Authority. In this view of the matter, we deem it appropriate and, in 21st June, 2024

WP 445 of 2024 view of the orders passed by this Court that, if any adverse orders are passed against the Petitioners, it is then they can resort to challenging the orders passed by the Competent Authority on the grounds available and also those which are subject matter of the present Petition.

2. All contentions are kept open, to be decided at the appropriate stage.
